VV Books uses account information to operate member access, profiles, author applications, purchases, subscriptions, libraries, password recovery, reader feedback, and community features. Reading analytics may record book, session duration, progress, and chapter position. Client identifiers used for analytics are designed to be hashed rather than stored as raw IP addresses where the platform supports that collection.

Author submissions and application evidence are private publisher records. Payment-card information is intended to be handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored directly by VV Books.
