Digital rights only

The intended agreement grants the rights needed to prepare, host, display, market, distribute, sell, and provide subscriber access to the approved digital work through VV Books and approved digital channels. Print, audiobook, film, television, merchandise, translation, and other rights are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.

Author representations

The author must have the authority to provide the manuscript, cover art, photographs, metadata, and other submitted material and to grant the rights required for publication.

Publisher review and pricing

Submission does not guarantee publication. The author may suggest a retail price; VV Books sets the final catalog price. Revenue share, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, settlement timing, termination, and removal rights are governed by the final executed agreement.

Marketing

Approved books may receive catalog inclusion, ordinary search-engine discoverability, and discretionary promotion. No search ranking, impressions, sales, clicks, or advertising value is guaranteed.

Legal review required

This displayed agreement is the platform onboarding draft. The final production agreement and electronic execution process require legal review. Only the final executed agreement governs an author relationship.
